Introduction
The I-1B screw pump produced by our company is a single-rod transport pump, which uses the propulsion generated by the rotation of the spiral groove to transport liquid or thick slurry. Compared with other traditional pumps, this conveying mode based on spiral propulsion has many obvious advantages. It can push the medium forward in a relatively stable state, effectively reducing the fluctuation and impact of the medium in the transportation process, thus reducing the wear on pipelines and related equipment, and at the same time making the transportation flow more stable and accurate, which can better meet the strict requirements of various industrial production processes for liquid transportation.

I-1B screw pump is suitable for the special liquid of thick slurry medium, especially in chemical plants, breweries, paper mills, canneries, pharmaceutical factories, wineries and other units.
|-1B screw pump is of type (a), (b) and (f).
(1) Model 1-1B(a) is suitable for general thick slurry medium and neutral edible thick slurry, and its internal parts are general carbon steel, and the rubber sleeve of pump body is general edible rubber.
(2) Model 1-1B (B) is suitable for acid-base concentrated solution, which can resist acid and alkali liquid corrosion. Its internal parts are made of stainless steel, and the pump body rubber sleeve is made of acid-base rubber.
(3) Model 1-1B(F) is suitable for high-strength acid-resistant and alkaline concentrated liquids. Its internal parts and shell are all made of stainless steel.
