Intelligent Negative Pressure Drainage System
Negative pressure drainage technology, also known as vacuum drainage technology, is a novel and highly efficient sewage conveyance method based on pressure flow (negative pressure). Currently, this equipment has been widely adopted in various domestic and international industrial and domestic wastewater discharge scenarios.
The negative pressure drainage system utilizes vacuum equipment to create a certain range of vacuum negative pressure within a sealed pipeline network. Through the automatic control of the front-end negative pressure collector, sewage is drained into the vacuum pipeline network. Under the suction force of negative pressure, the sewage is transported to the negative pressure central station, achieving centralized collection. This system represents a new, highly efficient drainage process that has matured over years of development.
**Principle of the Negative Pressure Drainage System**

**Step 1**
Dispersed sewage sources flow into the intelligent negative pressure collector via gravity over a short distance.
The front-end collection equipment of the negative pressure drainage system consists of a collector where the front end operates under normal pressure for sewage inflow, while the rear end connects to the vacuum negative pressure pipeline, which maintains a vacuum state. When the sewage inside reaches the preset liquid level, it is discharged into the negative pressure pipeline by leveraging atmospheric pressure differences.
**Step 2**
Using negative pressure vacuum technology, sewage in the negative pressure well is rapidly suctioned into the pipeline facilities and transported step-by-step to the negative pressure power central station.
**Step 3**
The collected sewage is discharged into the municipal sewage pipeline network or wastewater treatment facilities.
The negative pressure power central station provides the entire system with negative pressure power, temporary sewage storage, sewage discharge, and intelligent monitoring functions. It primarily consists of: an intelligent negative pressure power system, an intelligent sewage discharge system, a non-gravity sewage collection chamber, an intelligent monitoring console, and supporting sensors.
**Application Cases**
**Haitouqiao Street Integrated Construction Area Drainage Pipeline Network Facility Upgrade Project**
This area is adjacent to a river, with sewage being discharged directly into the surrounding waterway. To address the issues in the existing drainage system, a sewage pipeline integration renovation was implemented. Additionally, waterlogging issues were observed in residential areas north of Fenglian Road, necessitating an internal water system renovation.
**Project Scale:**
- Negative pressure main pipeline: 1,980 meters
- Negative pressure collection wells: 68
- Negative pressure stations: 2
**Results:**
- Sewage collection rate increased to over 90%
- Ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus concentrations in the river decreased by 60%

**Jiangsu Nantong Rural Sewage Renovation Project**
The area features dispersed households, with the original pipeline network failing to provide coverage. Domestic sewage was directly discharged into the river, leading to black and odorous water bodies.
