As a pioneer demonstration zone for the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) Ecological and Green Integration Development Initiative, Shanghai's Zhujiajiao Scenic Area boasts a rare waterfront ecological space and serves as a critical strategic connection hub in the region. To ensure stable water circulation within the scenic area and address local river water replenishment needs, our company's integrated pump station for river water management has recently been successfully installed adjacent to the Zhujiajiao Scenic Area.

The pump station is equipped with three 200ZW280-14-22 self-priming pumps, selected for their high performance and reliability. Given the station's location near the scenic area-where pedestrian flow is heavy and construction time/space is limited-we adopted an above-ground installation design. This innovative approach significantly shortened the installation period, minimizing disruption to the surrounding environment and tourist activities.

 

Core Function: Safeguarding Ecological Water Cycle

The pump station's primary role focuses on the "river water intake - replenishment point delivery" process:
  • Leveraging the strong power of the high-performance self-priming pumps, it stably draws water from designated rivers.
  • Through a dedicated pipeline network, the water is precisely transported to river sections or landscape water areas within the scenic area that require replenishment.
This solution effectively alleviates key challenges during dry seasons, such as low water levels in local rivers and insufficient water mobility. By doing so, it ensures the ecological balance of the scenic area's water system and maintains the high-quality landscape experience that visitors expect.
