Correct use of water pumps

‌The correct use of water pumps includes the following key steps and precautions‌:

‌Pre-start inspection‌: Before using the water pump, make sure that the pump body is filled with liquid. If there is no water in the pump body, starting the water pump may cause damage to parts. In addition, check whether there is any blockage in the pipeline, because impurities or dirt may affect the normal operation of the water pump. ‌

‌Start and run‌: After turning on the power, close the valve of the water outlet first, and wait for one minute for the water pump to enter the normal working state. During the operation, pay attention to the inlet and outlet flow of the water pump to control the opening and closing of the water pump.

‌Precautions‌:

‌Avoid dehydration operation‌: The submersible pump cannot be dehydrated and the idling time cannot exceed 3 minutes, otherwise the motor may burn out. ‌
‌Restart after shutdown‌: After shutdown, you need to wait for the water in the pipeline to return before restarting, otherwise mechanical failure is prone to occur.
‌Lift use range‌: It must be used within the suction lift range. Exceeding the lift range will cause the water pump to run idle.
‌Wire handling‌: When placing and removing the water pump, do not pull the wire directly, but use a rope to prevent the wire insulation cover from being damaged.
‌Environmental requirements‌: The pump cannot be placed in silt or used horizontally to avoid mechanical seal leakage.
‌Filter use‌: If there are weeds or sand in the water, a filter should be installed on the water pump to prevent clogging.
