The debugging steps of the water pump control cabinet are as follows:
Power supply connection check: Make sure that the main power supply is correctly connected, usually the yellow, green, red and blue four-color wires correspond to phases A, B, C and N respectively. Check whether the wiring of the power supply input terminal or copper bar is correct.
Motor wiring: Connect the wiring of the fire pump motor to the corresponding water pump output terminal in the water pump cabinet correctly, and ensure that the wires with the same wire number and the same color are connected accordingly. Pay special attention to the star-delta connection of the motor. The upper and lower connecting copper sheets in the motor terminal box must be removed.
Phase sequence check: Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the three-phase winding of the motor to ensure that there is no short circuit between the three-phase windings. Check whether the power supply phase sequence is normal. The phase sequence relay displays a green light to indicate normal, and a red light indicates an incorrect phase sequence. The power supply wiring sequence needs to be adjusted until the phase sequence relay works normally and displays a green light.
Control panel operation: The operation panel can select the main/standby pump and manual/automatic state. In manual mode, start the main and standby pumps respectively to observe whether the pumps are running in the correct direction. If they are running in the opposite direction, the motor wiring needs to be adjusted.
Patrol function test: Ensure that the interlocking control line between the patrol control cabinet and the pump control cabinet is correctly connected, and start each pump for trial operation to ensure that the pumps are running in the same direction. The patrol cabinet automatically and regularly conducts low-frequency patrol inspections of each fire pump according to the set time and cycle.
