For township sewer networks, mountain factories and residential areas with large elevation differences, continuous sewage lifting is critical for daily operation and flood prevention. Single-pump systems risk drainage shutdown and sewage backflow upon breakdown. Traditional pump stations require on-site manual attendance, with low O&M efficiency and slow fault response.

The PPS.20 KR integrated lifting pump station adopts a 2-working 1-standby redundant setup with three 65WQ35-19-4 submersible sewage pumps, paired with intelligent VFD control and remote monitoring. Each pump: 35m³/h flow, 19m head, 4kW power. Anti-clog impeller handles domestic sewage and rainwater with suspended solids.

Two pumps run in parallel normally. The standby pump auto-starts if one working pump fails to avoid system outage. Automatic pump rotation balances runtime and reduces wear. The 2.0m diameter, 10.0m high buried tank is fully pre-assembled and factory tested. Site installation only needs foundation work, hoisting and pipe & power connection, cutting construction time and environmental disruption.
Suitable for township sewage lifting, mountain factory wastewater, high-slope residential drainage, scenic and highway drainage. With 3-pump redundancy, VFD control and remote O&M, PPS series delivers reliable long-term integrated solutions for drainage system intelligent upgrade.
