This pump station adopts a fully factory-preassembled design. It is delivered as a complete package including GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) tank, submersible sewage pumps, intelligent control cabinet, valve chamber assembly, liquid level sensing system and full set of installation accessories. All system integration and commissioning are completed before delivery.
Compared with traditional cast-in-place pump stations, the prefabricated solution features shorter construction cycle and minimal on-site work, which greatly reduces construction difficulty and labor cost for overseas projects, and well matches the local infrastructure construction pace.

Corrosion & Weather Resistance Senegal is located on the Atlantic coast of West Africa, with high temperature, high humidity and strong salt spray corrosion in coastal areas. The pump station body is made of high-strength GRP with inherent anti-corrosion and anti-seepage properties; all exposed metal components are made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring long-term durability in coastal salt spray environment.
Power Grid Adaptation The local industrial power grid has relatively poor stability with large voltage fluctuations. The matched intelligent control cabinet is enhanced with over-voltage, under-voltage and phase-loss protection, and equipped with wide-voltage frequency conversion system to ensure stable operation under complex power supply conditions.
Smart & Low-Maintenance Operation The control cabinet supports remote monitoring and automatic liquid level control, enabling unattended operation. This design fits the situation of limited local operation and maintenance manpower, and effectively reduces long-term operation and management costs
