Principle of water pump control cabinet

‌The working principle of water pump control cabinet mainly includes the following steps‌:‌

‌Monitoring water level or pressure‌: The water pump control cabinet monitors the water level or pressure in the pool or pipe in real time through a water level sensor or a pressure sensor. When the water level is lower than the set value or the pressure is lower than the threshold, the sensor will send a signal to the controller.

‌Signal processing‌: After receiving the signal from the sensor, the controller performs logical judgment. If the water level or pressure is lower than the set value, the controller will issue a command to start the water pump; conversely, if the water level or pressure reaches the set high value, the controller will issue a command to stop the water pump.

‌Control the start and stop of the water pump‌: The controller controls the power switch of the water pump through a relay. When the controller issues a start command, the relay closes and the water pump starts working; when the controller issues a stop command, the relay disconnects and the water pump stops running.

‌Fault protection‌: The water pump control cabinet has a fault protection function. When the water pump has faults such as overload, phase loss, overheating, etc., the controller will immediately cut off the power supply to protect the water pump from damage. At the same time, fault information will be fed back to the operator through the display panel for timely processing.

‌Automation control‌: Modern water pump control cabinets can be linked with automation equipment such as PLC (programmable logic controller) to achieve more complex control logic. For example, the operating frequency and flow rate of the water pump can be automatically adjusted according to different water demand.
